Is there an application fee?

Yes. Non-refundable $30

What are the requirements for renting from you?

No evictions within the last 12 months, must pass a background check, employment, rental history and income must be verifiable and monthly income must be at least twice as much as the monthly payments

Do you accept Section 8?

Yes

Can I come to your office and complete an application?

Yes, however we DO NOT accept cash. Your application fee must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check

What are your hours of operation?

M-T 9am-5pm. Fri 9am-3pm. Closed for lunch daily 12-1pm

How do I submit proof of income, such as a check stub?

Proof of income can be uploaded when you complete an application online or email to info@newvisionpm.com

How long do you keep applications on file?

30-45 days

How long does it take to process an application?

3 days on average. It depends on how soon we can get your information verified

Can you waive the application fee?

No

Do you require a deposit?

Yes

Is the deposit the same amount as the rent?

Yes
